WHAT SO SPECIAL ABOUT CHEFFETTE


I believe in Home Cooking. We should all eat and share Good Fresh Food. Food that is not full of chemicals and artificial ingredients and preservatives. Using Mother Earth Natural Ingredients you can create some Wonderful, Colourful and Tasting Food.
Having a good knowledge base of ingredients, spices and herbs makes an incredible difference to your palate. Finding the balance between sweet, sour, salty and bitter. Your senses come to life and you can have the most enjoyable food experience ever.
This is my favourite Recipe:
THE SECRET TO COOK GOOD FOOD RECIPE

2 cups        Good Ingredients
3 cups        A bit of Love
1 cup         Passion
¼ cup       Imagination
2 tsp         Some spices or herbs or Both
                Salt and Pepper to taste
1tbsp        Oil


METHOD
Place in a bowl the good ingredients, a bit of Love, Passion mix well then add imagination.
Add the spices and herbs. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well.   Place a pan on the heat add the oil and heat.  Place the ingredients in the pan. Cook to medium. Then remove from pan and place on a plate.
Garnish with More Love and Serve.

Those precious recipes I believe are important as is the new generation of recipes but the old is our base to creating the new.  The old dishes warm our hearts leaving us with a wonderful happy feeling inside.
